First of all, a member needs to buy a package plan from the company, after the Purchase of your desired plan, the money is added to our tradding pool which we trade it, you are giving the opportunity to exchange 20% of the plan you Purchase every 48hrs for 30days.
5. WHAT IS PLAN PURCHASE?
Plan Purchase is a one time commitment you make into the company to enable you exchange your Kringle for Bitcoin.
Plan Purchase mean you are buying a TBC plan from the company, so you make payment on the particular plan and the company also give you the TBC you Purchased. This qualifies you to exchange 20% of your plan every 48hrs.
6. WHAT PERCENTAGE DO I EARN FROM MY PLAN?
After a plan Purchase, you will receive or exchange 20% of the plan you Purchased every 48hrs continuesly for 30 days. A member Receives or exchanges 15 times for every single plan purchase.
7. WHERE DOES THE COMPANY GET MONEY TO ALLOW PEOPLE EXCHANGE THOSE HUGE AMOUNTS?
Every money that comes to the company from plan purchase belongs to the company. The company also have an obligation to give members the opportunity to exchange their kringle every 48hrs based on the plan they Purchased.
The company trades with the money from plan purchases and allow it’s members to exchange 20% of their respective plans every 48hrs continuesly for 30days
8. AT WHAT POINT DO I HAVE TO UPGRADE MY PACKAGE AND IS IT COMPULSORY?
It is compulsory for every member to upgrade an existing package after receiving the 10th Crediting or after exchanging a particular plan for 10 times, it is compulsory to upgrade to the next bigger package.
Once you upgrade, the next 5 payments will come from the bigger package you upgraded to.
If you fail to upgrade your package after the 10th exchange, you will not receive payment on that plan again.
9. CAN I ISSUE WITHDRAWAL ANY DAY AND TIME I WANT ?
Withdrawal days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
You can issue Withdrawal from 8:00am to 17:00 GMT.
Any Withdrawal made aside this time and days will be cancelled.
10. WHO CAN I TRANSFER MY FUNDS IN MY DIVINE ACCOUNT TO?
You can transfer your funds to any member of Divine TBC from your own account instantly without any charges.
Many people wants to join Divine TBC but do not have Bitcoin, they have cash. You can transfer funds from your Divine TBC account to your friends account instantly and take cash from him without going through stress to get Bitcoin.
11. WHEN CAN I TRANSFER FUNDS FROM MY ACCOUNT TO MY FRIENDS?
Transfers are done on non Withdrawal days.
Meaning you can transfer funds to friends only on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
12. ARE MULTIPLE PLANS OR PACKAGES ALLOWED IN ONE ACCOUNT?
YES! You can have up to 5 plans or different packages in one active account. Untill one expires, you can’t add another.
This means multiple accounts are allowed up to 5 plans maximum.
13. HOW LONG DOES PENDING WITHDRAWALS TAKE TO REFLECT IN MY BITCOIN ACCOUNT?
When you issue a withdrawal and it is PENDING, it means Divine TBC has not processed it but once you see successful it means it has been processed and sent from our office.

14. CAN I REQUEST FOR A REFUND IF I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER BUYING THE PACKAGE.
There is nothing like refund in our system, once you register and make online payment to the company, you have signed an agreement with the company for 30days and there is no refund until the 30 days expires.
